By submitting information, documents, photographs, correspondence, or other materials through SmartClaim™ systems — including intake forms, upload interfaces, Claim Audit submissions, Strategic Support requests, intake review requests, and contact forms — you acknowledge and agree that materials are reviewed within structured internal workflows for the purpose of educational claim support.

Information submitted through SmartClaim™ systems is treated as private and handled through structured intake and communication workflows. SmartClaim™ does not share submitted information without authorization except where required by law.

Educational materials, frameworks, and strategy resources provided through SmartClaim™ are intended to help users understand the structural realities of insurance claims. They are not a substitute for professional legal counsel where representation is appropriate.
